I am Happy to write about vaishali here, While working with Leela, she has introduced numerous of systems. Job costing was one of the most important matric she has introduced. We initially did not used Job costing system. But after her introduction of system , be began making RM issue slips jobwise & Contractorwise. & thereby we are able to ascertain that- which job is having higher RM & labour cost & which is making profit. Consequently our costing method has undergone significant changes . Apart from this she trained our staff in productivity improvement, proper stacking of rm plates, angles, channels & otherwise . it helps us in improvement In productivity & good culture in workers. I specially thanks to vaishali for all efforts taken by her in introducing the system.
